Yes! We accept CAD drawings, PDF blueprints, 3D STEP/IGES models, and even basic hand sketches with dimensions. Our in-house drafting team can convert your ideas into precision CAD fabrication blueprints and CNC cutting programs.
All raw steel is sourced from certified primary mills (Tata Steel, SAIL, JSW) accompanied by original Mill Test Certificates (MTC). We also support third-party NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) on critical weld joints.
Yes! We provide turnkey end-to-end execution. From workshop fabrication, trial shop fitting, anti-corrosion sandblasting/painting to specialized trailer transportation and mobile crane site erection with certified riggers.
We handle everything from single prototype precision machined components or bespoke luxury iron gates up to multi-hundred-tonne structural steel warehouse contracts. Standard turnaround varies from 3 days for custom parts to 2–3 weeks for heavy portal frames.
Absolutely! Clients and inspection engineers are welcome to visit our workshop during working hours (Mon-Sat: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM) to inspect fit-up, weld quality, and surface finishing before final dispatch. Live video progress calls are also arranged for out-of-station clients.
